Happy 2014

Inspired by this:Year of Illustrations

Reminded me of LILLI CARRÉ’S Moving Drawings.

They all made me want to make my own moving doodle page: Moving Garden

Please, please go out and see Coraline, it is a cinematic treasure, and deserves multiple viewings on the big screen.

Valentine’s Day Poster

The poster ended up looking less like an ostrich or a waterfall.

I meant to post this piece way back in October, but it didn’t happen.

So, here it is in all of its glorious, amazing color and animated ceramics. It’s a animation that can be watched over and over.

Just click on the link, wait for it to load, and then press magic number “18.”

I’m trying to make a Valentine’s poster that is between an ostrich and a waterfall.

My favorite Swedish artist/blogs have recently posted some beautifully designed posters:

One of the best places for kids in L.A. is closing its doors after Sunday, October 26th and will not re-open until 2010!

My family and I are pretty broken-hearted to hear this news.

Posters For Sale

Next month, I’m traveling to Chicago to be a part of The Chicago International Children’s Film Festival.
I made some posters to help promote the film I made with Dorian Merina.
The posters are 11×17 inches and are printed on 100% PCW recycled paper using vegetable based inks.
I’ll be selling a few of them in my Etsy shop next Friday.
